Q. Is there a difference between the e-book and physical book?
A. Nope! The e-book comes to you as a pdf download that can be read on a variety of digital devices, and is $9.50 CAD. The physical book is a softcover (for those who love holding the paper copy in their hands) and is $17.85 CAD plus shipping.
Q. Is it safe to purchase from this website?
A. Be Self Aware takes security very seriously. As such, this website uses a PCI-Compliant third-party payment processor (PayPal) for all transactions on the website. All purchases are completed on the PayPal site, which is considered one of the safest payment processors online. You can pay using your credit cards, PayPal balance, or directly from your bank account (if you have that set up with your PayPal account).
Q. I purchased an e-book and my email never came!
A. The email with download link would have been sent to your PayPal registered email address. It may have gone to your Junk Email folder. The sender name is “WordPress” and the sender email is “wordpress@beselfaware.com”. If you have checked these places, please email us at webmaster@beselfaware.com
Q. Can I share my downloaded copy with my friends?
A. No. We appreciate that you enjoyed the book and want to share your new knowledge with other people, but this book is copyrighted information and all rights are reserved by the author. Sharing the pdf with other people would be a violation of copyright law.
Q. If I purchase a physical copy of the book, when will I get it?
A. When you complete your PayPal purchase, PayPal will send two emails: an email receipt on it’s way to you, and a purchase notification on it’s way to me. When we receive the purchase notification, we will pack your book(s) up and mail it to you as soon as possible. We aim to ship all purchases the next day. All purchases are sent via Canada Post. The Canada Post website estimates delivery times within Canada and the US to be 3-12 business days. International orders will vary.
